WE RUN ALL PROSPECTIVE TENANTS THROUGH TWO NATIONAL DATABASES THAT IDENTIFY DEFAULTING TENANTS. NOT ONE.
To ensure that only the best tenants are chosen for our clients, we carry out very detailed due diligence. This includes running all applicants through not one, but two National Databases that identify defaulting tenants. This helps to make certain that only the best tenants are selected for any of your properties.

WE MAXIMIZE RETURNS TO CLIENTS BY DETERMINING CORRECT RENTS AND PROVISION TAX-DEPRECIATION INFORMATION.
Investing in the latest sophisticated technologies has provided us with the advanced tools needed to keep track of market information and data. This allows our Property Manager to correctly advise clients on correct rent levels which minimise vacancies and maximises returns. We want our clients to claim every tax deduction that they are legally entitled to. To do that, we direct them to appropriate professionals who can prepare any necessary reports.
